All referencesThe strength of ECM lies in our team of specialized professionals. Together, they represent more than 700 years of combined knowledge and experience. That’s hard to match.
Within our organization, we distinguish between two types of ECM professionals. The first group works in the cleanroom, where they perform their work with the utmost precision to consistently ensure high quality. The second group works outside the cleanroom, such as product specialists in medical tubing sets, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) specialists, and experts in patient safety. They possess in-depth knowledge of all individual components within a set and understand how these components function together optimally. Thanks to this expertise, we can deliver the best solutions, taking into account not only quality but also manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Our employees may differ in the work they do, but they share many things in common. Above all, they share the drive to do meaningful work – even life-saving work. Each and every ECM professional is a partner for the long term.
The tasks within my role are very diverse: checking sterile products coming out of the cleanroom, packing, preparing shipments, order picking, and loading and unloading with a forklift. That variety is what makes my work so enjoyable. At ECM I’ve also been given the opportunity to learn, and I’m accepted for who I am. At ECM there are short lines of communication, direct feedback, and everyone is approachable. And when needed, even the management will jump on a forklift to help out.
Since September 2025, I’ve been part of the ECM inside sales team. After a short onboarding period and getting to know my colleagues, I quickly got hands-on with the work – from intensive customer contact and calculating sales prices to coordinating internal processes. In a short time, I’ve learned a lot and already feel completely at home within the organization. At ECM, people come first. Their well-being, engagement, and development form the foundation of the company’s success. With 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, mainly at international pharmaceutical companies, I bring a broad range of expertise.
My passion lies in organizing, visualizing, and measuring processes, thinking ahead, keeping customers satisfied, and continuously improving. Collaboration is essential to me, and it’s excellent at ECM. I look forward to being part of ECM for many years and continuing to build on our success together!
Working as a team leader at ECM is both challenging and varied, which keeps me curious and enthusiastic. It’s great to work in a clean environment with a constant temperature and friendly colleagues. The work is not physically demanding, which I really appreciate. At ECM, people think along with you about opportunities to grow, so there’s always a new challenge ahead. It’s a special feeling to know that through your work you can help save people’s lives.
My name is Esmée and I’m 23 years old. I really enjoy working at ECM. Every day you perform different tasks, so no two days are the same – and that’s actually what I like most about this job. You can also grow quickly within the company and keep learning how to assemble new and more complex sets. That keeps the work challenging and helps you continue to develop yourself. And not to forget: I also have great colleagues, which makes every workday even more enjoyable!
